TEA! GLORIOUS TEA!

Thu Jun 21, 2007, 3:49 AM
  • Listening to: click-clack-typers-clock
  • Reading: Finished 'Rubdown' by 'Leigh Redhead'
  • Watching: The computer screen
  • Playing: ...
  • Eating: too full to eat x_x
  • Drinking: 'Planet Organic' green tea
Today I figured out I had $30 in my bank that I had to do with what I please because I saved enough this week...so I bought some organic tofu to cook tomorrow in a stir fry thing for lunch (since I only work until 1pm yay!) and found some different tea I want to try. I got a box of white tea (people keep buying it through my register and I wanna know what it's like...which is basically sweeter paler black tea but very nice) and some ' planet organic' brand green tea, which is pretty good but the best kind I've tried is still the Japanese green tea that Roxie's mother has, but I can't identify a brand...actually I can but I'm going to have to go to an asian supermarket to buy it. That has to be the longest running sentence I've ever written about any one subject before in my life.

Anyway, I have a page in my journal that I've dedicated to the different teas I've tried recently (at least the ones that came in individually wrapped packets). When I'm done with it I'll have to scan it.

Peppermint tea is also quite nice - Twinings Peppermint 'herbal infusions' tea is good - but I found some 'Crabtree and Evelyn' brand organic peppermint tea (which is apparently 'specially selected' haha) and it's the best tea I've ever had. Nice and refreshing. However I have no idea how much it cost because I didn't buy it.

Now I'm all tea'd out.
